Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Via Manzoni.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

All sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange due to the discounted prices of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact our customer service team to discuss a potential discount waiver and return. Please note that in order to be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the product is in its original condition, we will process a refund, minus any initial shipping costs. We do not accept returns on any products that are marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page. Please note that the final decision to accept a return will be at the discretion of Via Manzoni and we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

If you wish to return an item(s) for any reason, please send the request to order@viamanzoni.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will email you back the return instruction. Items will not be accepted for return without preauthorization. Please note that special orders and sale items cannot be returned.

Item(s) needs to be shipped within 7 days from the date the return instruction email is sent. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Please use the utmost care when trying on your purchases. Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

1. The items must be returned in the same condition as you received them.

2. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer (at the customer’s cost).

3. Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived. All packaging and documents must be included.

4. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

5. Late returns may be accepted at the discretion of Via Manzoni and may only be refunded as store credit.
