Yes. Via Manzoni is a registered Michigan-based luxury boutique and designer wholesaler. We source directly from the brands or their official authorized distributors in Europe and the US.

Every item is 100% authentic, brand new, and includes original packaging, dust bags, and authenticity cards as provided by the manufacturer. We guarantee the provenance of every piece we sell.

For US Customers:

• No Sales Tax outside Michigan: As we are a Michigan-based boutique, we are only required to collect sales tax for orders delivered within MI (6%). For all other states, no sales tax is applied at checkout, providing a legitimate tax benefit for our out-of-state clients.
• Duties Included (DDP): All US orders ship Delivery Duty Paid. The price you see at checkout is final—there are no hidden import fees or surprise charges.

For International Customers:

Orders ship DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Local duties and VAT will be collected by your customs authority before delivery.

US Orders: Standard shipping is FREE and typically arrives in 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 5 PM EST ship the same day when in stock.

International Shipping: Sourced items from Italy ship within 2 business days and typically arrive in 2 weeks. Shipping fees ($20–$80 USD) vary by destination.

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

For flexible payments, we offer Shop Pay Installments. Eligible orders can pay in 4 interest-free installments or extended plans (6–12 months), subject to approval by Affirm.

Each order is packed securely in a reinforced protective box to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Handbags include their original dust bags and brand packaging.

To provide our clients with the most competitive designer pricing, all sales are generally final. However, we value your satisfaction above all.
