For this reason, we follow a strict no-return policy both online and in-store. This ensures that every customer enjoys the best possible price and the highest level of product integrity.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS For return – CLOTHING & SHOES WITH SIZES

  • We accept returns and size exchanges for clothing and shoes that have a numerical or letter size.
  • Returns must be requested and shipped back within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • All approved returns are issued as store credit only (no cash or card refunds). Store credit can be used toward future purchases on our website.

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

  • Be unworn and in perfect condition
  • Have all original tags, labels, dust bags and accessories included
  • Show no signs of wear, alterations, odors, make-up, deodorant, or damage

Via Manzoni reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

HOW STORE CREDIT WORKS

  • Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a digital store credit (gift card) by email.
  • Store credit can be used on future purchases on viamanzoni.com.
  • Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, authenticity, and boutique policy reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective on arrival):

  • Handbags and small leather goods
  • Accessories, jewelry, sunglasses, home items
  • Special orders, pre-orders, and custom requests
  • Membership fees, gift cards, and shipping charges

  • Exclusive Ownership – You are always the first and only owner of your purchase. Our policy prevents situations where high-value luxury items are worn once and returned, or worse, swapped with counterfeits.
  • Aligned with Luxury Standards – Just like in our physical boutique, all sales are final. This is standard practice in luxury retail to maintain product integrity and exclusivity.
